Healthcare Administrator – NC Nursing Home Administrator

Homestead Hills is seeking a leader that possesses the natural desire to make a difference in the lives of others each day. Must have strong background in long term care and skilled nursing with a proven clinical track record.

As the leader of Care Services, you will be instrumental in leading the team to provide exceptional service to our residents. You will play a vital role in overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care & Skilled Nursing.

This position is also responsible for being an Occupancy Leader as part of the sales & marketing process.

If you are a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced professional with exceptional skills, we want to talk to you! 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a CCRC environment preferred. NC Nursing Home Administrator license required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Three years management experience in similar environment.
  • Must have state specific Nursing Home Administrators License.
  • Two or more years’ experience in a similar healthcare leadership position desired.
  • RN or LPN designation a plus
  • Certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED
